Is it okay to wear black skinny jeans to an interview?

right so i'm having an interview tomorrow for an administrative position in a financial claims company... i was thinking of wearing my black skinny jeans, a grey shirt with like a ripple (only word to describe it!) down the front and a waterfall black blazer. my mum's all "no, black trousers only" but the only black trousers i have a really wide-leg and don't match any of my tops/jackets. the other alternative is a black and white striped maxi dress with sandals and (again) the waterfall jacket. i would have thought with times changing, black skinny jeans might me more acceptable? please bare in mind i am only 19! any suggestions would be great, thankss!!
