What about the rights of americans to live in a safe country with our borders closed?

our government are not going to send some illegals back to there country even if they brake the law because they have rights . and sending them back to what ever country they come from is going against there Rights. what are about the rights of americans to live in a safe country without being invaded by a bunch of illegals. why do some people in our gov. seem to think that illegals have rights anyway our Constitution does not protect them . our Constitution was writing for legal americans not criminals . and for all you ppl that say our country was built on the backs of immigrates that is true but our grandparent's did not snick over here they came legally .
