Can i get preg on implant?

i have had the implant in from jan i got my perido on th 27 of may i have sleep with my bf 7 times this month and wae due my perido and it has not come my perido always comes i have sings of being pregant i have a little bump startin to aprear i keep needin to pee always eat have sore stomachs sore back and always tired but am on th implant i know ppl fall pregant on the implant i done a test and it said neg but i just havin a feeling i am anyone else think i am? i hope i am
