Where can I find High waisted Red/red orange trousers?

I am a senior this coming school year and my school decided that we were only going to be allowed to wear pants (no shorts, skirts or dresses) so as a result I need to find a variety of pants to help spice up my wardrobe besides my jeans. i have been looking for high waisted red trousers and have no luck I was wondering if you could help! I would prefer the pants were a flare or wide leg but if they are skinny its ok. And something in the price range of no more than $60. I wear a size 2.
